Positive Impact Consulting Services, LLC specializes in the design and delivery of leadership and professional development programs that provide a solid foundation for helping businesses and organizations address their people development challenges, create a positive work climate and improve business results.

Mary Jane (MJ) Paris, President, is the daughter of the late Carl and Jane Balzano of Gloversville, NY. She brings a broad base of experience in management, leadership and employee development gained from more than 25 years in sales management, retail banking, training, recruiting, project management, event planning and community leadership.

MJ currently serves as President and executive board member of the Fairfield County Chapter of Financial Women International, is a member of the Foundation's Paragon Circle as a workshop design team member and Volunteer Seminar Leader.

She is an Adjunct Professor in the Business Administration Department at Housatonic Community College, Bridgeport, and a member of the Business Office Technology Advisory Board.

MJ is a graduate of Sacred Heart University with a degree and Medal of Excellence in Leadership Studies, a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the American Society for Training and Development(ASTD) and is a recognized leader in the academic and business communities.
