The Equation for Success: EM + E2 + EC = PO + PW When you attend any of my programs, you will hear me ask, “How many of you liked algebra when you were in school?” With wonder, some participants eagerly raise their hands, while others groan at the thought, thinking, “What does algebra have to do with our business and our workplace?” You may be thinking the same thing… EM + E2 + EC = PO + PW The partnership between managers and employees has a great impact on the workplace environment. When the manager/supervisor’s attitude sets a negative tone and creates an environment that is negative and toxic, employees tend to be negative, feel under-developed, disengaged, de-motivated, unproductive, and deliver poor customer service. Employee morale is low, turnover is high and business results suffer! It’s all about employee performance – from the top down – driving business results! What about your workplace?
