Here’s to 2012!  Bring it on!

To help you shift gears and stay focused on the things that are really important for a healthy, positive outlook this year, each month I’ll continue to share some of my personal navigation tips – words of wisdom, reflections, affirmations, quotes, books, articles and practical advice – that have helped me continue moving forward over the years – in spite of what’s going on!  Here’s to “people first” in the workplace and new beginnings! 

Several years ago, I received a wonderful daily box calendar for Christmas called, Believing in Ourselves.  I’ve enjoyed it so much and encourage you to look for it in the major bookstores or other (online) retailers who carry box calendars.

Each daily tear-off page has a quote from an eclectic assortment of people and I look forward each morning to tearing the off the previous page to see what pearls of wisdom await me.
